It depends on the roof but most roof only replacements can be completed in 3 Days. A larger roof will be up to a week 

In nearly all cases you will not need planning permission for a replacement roof, if the roof is tiled then it will be subject to building control approval. Our tiled roof is pre-approved for building control and we will ensure that the process of getting your building control certificate is handled by us and included your quotation. 

A solid roof will give you the best thermal performance, there are option to increase light with glazed panel or velux roof lights 

These refer to the 2 construction methods of roofs. 

-A cold roof construction is where the roof is insulated between the rafters and will typically have another layer of insulation under the rafters covering the whole roof face. 

-A Warm roof construction is where the roof is insulated between the rafters, under the rafter & over the rafter before the top roof covering is installed. This to protect the external face of the rafter and keep it away from the elements (This is the typical construction of flat roof)
